La cave du Domaine Shadrapa a été conçue afin de permettre à l’œnologue de réaliser les différents types de la vinification tout en assurant une bonne conservation de la qualité organoleptique des raisins depuis la réception de la vendange, jusqu’à l’embouteillage.
The winery of Domaine Shadrapa was conceived to allow the winemaker to realize the different types of wine making and vinification, while providing good preservation of the organoleptic quality of the grapes since the reception of the harvest, to the bottling.

Le vignoble - The vineyards

Ici, les meilleurs cépages méditerranéens et mondiaux s’épanouissent à merveille

Merlot : 93 ha / Cabernet-Sauvignon : 60 ha / Grenache Gris : 30 ha 

 Syrah : 28 ha / Chardonnay : 20 ha / Cinsault : 5 ha.

Le vignoble du Domaine Shadrapa a été créé, en 2004, sur les Coteaux de la Medjerda, à Slouguia, à l’emplacement même où avait été créé le premier vignoble français en 1878.
The vineyard of Domaine Shadrapa created on the Coteaux of the  Medjerda in 2004 in Slouguia, at the same location where was created the first French vineyards in 1878.

Depuis l’antiquité, en Tunisie comme tout autour du bassin méditerranéen, ce sont de vastes fermes agricoles qui produisaient les trois grandes cultures nourricières : la vigne, l’olive, le blé sans oublier l’élevage du mouton.
Since ancient times, in Tunisia as all around the Mediterranean basin, there are large farms that produced the three major feeder cultures: vines, olives, wheat, without forgetting  sheep farming. 

Les Coteaux de la Medjerda : Terre de vin depuis plus de 2000 ans

Le nom du Domaine Shadrapa fait échos à l’histoire phénicienne et romaine non seulement de la Tunisie (voir page ci-contre) mais aussi à l’importance qu’à eu la région de la Medjerda.
The name of Domaine Shadrapa echoed to the Phoenician and Roman history not only of Tunisia, but also to the importance that had the region of Madjerda at that time.
